American Sole accepts returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with its original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery date.
Returns for Refund:
Refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any charged sales tax. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive credit or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date are eligible for store credit only.
Items returned from orders that received free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee only applies to orders that received free shipping.
Custom orders are not eligible for refund.
Returns for Exchanges:
Place a new order using your AmericanSole.com account and return the items for a refund. Simple, fast and convenient! This method is much faster
than waiting for us to receive the items for an exchange ( 3-5 Business Days), processing the exchange (up to 15 Business Days) and waiting to receive the new shipment (3-5 Business Days).
A traditional exchange could take up to 25 Business Days! A new order placed before 2pm on a Business Day ships out same day, and you get a new Estimated Delivery Date.
Exchanges will be shipped within 15 business days after receipt of original merchandise. If item you requested is not available we will contact you via e-mail with the expected ship date.
Damaged or Defective Items: We do our best to minimize mistakes and not ship out defective items, however if AmericanSole.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping, please call us immediately.
- You must contact us within 3 Business Days of Receiving Package.
- (Unworn) Item must be sent back to us within 5 Business Days.
- Correct item will be sent as soon as we receive defective/incorrect item.
If you have worn the item and feel there is a defect in workmanship please contact the manufacturer directly. All of our manufacturers have a good warranty
and stand by the workmanship of their products.
What to Include in Package: Please enclose the invoice and specify what item(s) you would like exchanged and the replacement item(s). If you do not have your invoice write on a piece of paper your name, shipping address, whether the order was a phone order or an internet order and specify the item you would like exchanged and the replacement item.
Make sure your shipment is insured properly, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified by AmericanSole.com.
