Fit Flops are a somewhat new type of walking sandal that has been all the rage in England and are starting to become very popular in America. Fitness, made simple, is the claim and they are used to tone and strengthen muscles in your legs as you walk.
The main idea of the Fit Flops is to induce a bit of instability so when you are walking, you hit the ground as normally as possible.
